Uncorrected Inverted RPM
The Uncorrected Inverted RPMs
Until recently this was an unknown category of RPMs. Current studies in mintmark styles has resulted in new evaluations of several old RPMs and two entries into this new category. These RPMs show a final mintmark, which is inverted, punched over an original mintmark which was incorrectly positioned. In the two known examples in this category one is inverted over an originally inverted mintmark and the other is inverted over a originally horizontal mintmark. Below are those currently listed in the CONECA RPM files.
