Pivoted Hub Doubling

This coin exhibits hub doubling that occurred as a result of a pivot of the hub or die at or near the rim in either a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction.  The doubling spreads out in a fan shape from the pivot point.  The strongest doubling is at the rim directly opposite the pivot point.  If the pivot point is close enough to the center of the die that doubling can be seen all the way around the rim then it is a class I: Rotated hub.

GO of GOD Date
Notice how there is no doubling on the date, but directly opposite it there is strong doubling.
